In this week's GALLERY NIGHT we explore the world of Yael Kanarek's "High Performance Gear" at bitforms gallery in Chelsea. Kanarek's work is inspired by language, time, Da Vinci, and her running sneakers. Her bold and colorful works are a combination of silicone and video. And as she tells Blouin ARTINFO, Kanarek wants the viewer to become part of her High Performance experience.
