British artist Ryan Mosley makes his New York debut at a new Chelsea gallery. The mission of the Tierney Gardarin Gallery, a collaboration between art dealer Cristin Tierney and director/curator Denis Gardarin, is to promote young international artists. Mosley's large-scale paintings are historic in tone, but playful and colorful in nature.
